Mike Gaets

The most important and irreversible responsibility of my job is to produce a quality recording for my artists. For years I would book out major studios using their live rooms and iso-booths but due to Covid I have been spending more time at home using treated spare bedrooms. As of recently I found myself with more time at home and decided to build my own vocal booth further displaying my dedication to my craft. 

Michael Gaeto attended the Music Industry of Recording Arts at St. Petersburg College from 2010 to 2014. Taking a focus in production he studied under lead professor David Greenberg of Sonopod Mastering, a Grammy nominated engineer that built his empire in RnB & metal from Boston to San Francisco. 

      Gaining knowledge in both live & studio sound mixing it was a short time before moving to Los Angeles to pursue professional studio work. Throughout the past 6 years while living in Los Angeles I have spent my time making a real connection with the artists I work with. I build an established relationship with my clients giving me the advantage of providing conformability & total artist freedom while working in my space, something that is often overlooked by labels. Giving an artist full creativity & total submersion into their artistic mind with an equally comforting space & workflow has proven successful on many platinum records. 

     Knowing the importance of a good free flowing space I have created a compound for artist to collectively meet & collaborate located in North Hollywood. At Lemay Studios the likes of many creatives have entrusted me with their artistic expression like; Bizarre, King Los, Leven Kali, Ray Khalil, JeRonelle, Devmo, Ray Wright, Louis King, Wes Walker, itsonlyha, Shah Infinite, Reggie Becton, Alec Ferris, Vinny Virgo, Penny Wild, VenessaMichaels, Sherry Cola, & many more.
